Building Up Endurance on the Treadmill and at the Gym

I recently changed careers plus my insurance carrier changed.

I thought it would be a problem, but I am pleased my coverage is so much better with the new company health plan. The best part of the new health plan is saving some dollars on the premium because my partner plus have always had a membership at a fitness gym. As long as the two of us provide proof of paying the annual gym membership, the company will pay 10% of our premium rate. It’s not a ton of money, however it adds up every payday. It’s nice to get the perk, even though my partner plus I rarely visit the gym. The people I was with and I often find ourselves too busy with work plus we have family obligations. I leave for work before the sunshine comes up plus neither a single of get cabin until late. By the time we cook and eat plus have a bedtime ritual with the offspring, the two of us are too tired for working out a gym. The people I was with and I have been using the treadmill instead. My partner walks 5 miles plus I walk 6. The people I was with and I are trying to build up our strength so the two of us can participate in a company walkathon. The walk is over twenty miles plus the event is over a many morning period. All of the proceeds are going to be donated to a good charity. It’s a good morning of fun, activities, games, food, and of course the heart of the day – the walk. There are plenty of things for most people to stay occupied and interested. This is the first year that I will be walking, so I really want to do well. I would prefer to finish like a boss so I can impress my boss.
