It’s been amazing owning a lake house, and Rowan is truly grateful he listened to his cousin about the investment. For a long time, he lived in the city in an apartment where he was paying rent. Rowan works a good job, and it’s about 75% remote, so he rarely left his apartment for work. This is why his cousin encouraged him to start looking for property outside the city. He had recently come across this development near a lake, in a semi-remote area that was amazing. Rowan really loved the area, and the lake houses aren’t as expensive as the town houses in the city. He trusted the advice he got from his cousin and opted to purchase a 3-bedroom lake house for him and his dog. A few changes were necessary to make the house even more perfect for them including installing a new AC. The developer has focused on installing a modern gas furnace to each of the lake houses in the area. This meant Rowan was covered when it came to heating during the long winter months. However, he had to cover the cost of installing a new AC. It was almost the end of spring so Rowan had to act fast to get the AC in his lake house. Otherwise, a delay might mean enduring the heat of summer without any air conditioning. Rowan and his dog loved the cool air from the new AC once it was installed in his home. He located a HVAC company in the area who sold the AC units and also did installation, repair and service for the residents.
