The AC contractor facetimed with me last Friday
My wife and I had a brand new HVAC unit installed a couple of weeks ago.
We were surprised when we had trouble with the system on Friday.
Last Friday I woke up early in the morning and it was very warm inside of the house. I turned on the air conditioner, took a shower, and left for work. When my wife woke up an hour later, it was still warm in the house and she noticed that I had adjusted the temperature. She decided to contact the AC contractor that installed our equipment. The guy was on vacation, but he agreed to FaceTime with me after work. He was hoping to help me troubleshoot the issue. I was really pleased and impressed that the HVAC contractor agreed to have a video call so he could help me figure out the problem. When I came home from work, I set up a time to call the contractor. He helped me investigate the problem and together we found the issue. There was a small piece of rock stuck in the bottom drainage line and it was keeping the water from properly flowing. Once I removed the Rock and cleaned the drainage line, the air conditioner worked much better. The AC contractor spent about 25 minutes on the phone with me and he did not charge me anything for his time. I was really impressed with the service and decided to leave a great review on his website. I also left a great review on google and yelp. This guy was aces above any one I’ve ever used in the past.
