Sundays are Great Because For Doing Absolutely Nothing
I love loafing around on Sundays and not feeling guilty about relaxing a bit more than I do during the week.
I’m glad we all know the art of slowing down, at least if only for a bit.
The world needs a rest just like the body does. We all need to take time out and just be, it’s good for re-energizing oneself and allows you to be more productive. Some people push themselves too much and get burned out, when all they needed to do was take a small time out now and then. I’ve learned this over the years. Another thing I’ve learned is the importance of clean purified air in the house. Even if you don’t have a whole-home air purifying system, you can at least put a HEPA filter in your air handler. Clean air helps energize the body, but don’t forget to breathe deeply. Maybe you could also install a quality water filter. I like to keep the air ducts clean too by maintaining them every three months with a good cleaning. Take the vents off and soak them in soapy water to remove all of the dust residue that collects on them. If you can’t clean the ducts yourself then hire an HVAC specialist to come in once or twice a year to clean them, it doesn’t cost much yet makes a huge difference on the quality of your life. If you suffer from any kinds of allergies then it’s doubly important to do this. Indoor air quality is much more important than you may think.
