I am so thankful for air conditioning
The only evening that I got a nice evening’s sleep was the last evening that I was there, and I know it was because I was so tired that I didn’t care that there wasn’t air conditioning anymore
I am so thankful for air conditioning. I recently took a week-long trip to go and visit one of our cousins. I had not seen her for care about ten years. She lives way out in the middle of nowhere, and she has horses. I was so happy to go and see the horses. I entirely did have a beautiful time except for the fact that I couldn’t sleep very well, and I was always super warm. She didn’t have any form of air conditioning. She had some fans in her house, and that was it. I was used to central air conditioning, so I was not expecting to get to her house and not have air conditioning. The thought of her not having air conditioning never even crossed our mind. It obviously never crossed her mind either because she didn’t mention it to me. She thought that I was silly when I said that her house was honestly warm. It was only honestly about seventy-more than four degrees at evening, and maybe eighty while in the day, but to me, that was honestly warm. I usually keep our house at about sixty-eight degrees while in the day and at evening. I was just not ready for the warm house. I didn’t sleep well just because I was so hot. The only evening that I got a nice evening’s sleep was the last evening that I was there, and I know it was because I was so tired that I didn’t care that there wasn’t air conditioning anymore. Needless to say, I was super thankful to go home to our air conditioned house.
