Residence next to my parents’ home burned down due to section heater
The residence next to my parents’ house just burned down because of a section heater… I feel pretty awful for my parents because they have to live with a partially burned down residence next to them.
- Their neighbor’s residence just burned down, plus they don’t want to pay the money to get it fixed or to get it torn down the rest of the way, so they are just going to leave it there as it is.
My parents are not very happy because it brings the value of my parent’s residence down. Their neighbors have typically been careless people. I mean the reason that their residence burned down is that they left multiple section furnaces on in their residence all of the time. I warned them about the serious dangers of having several electric section furnaces working in their house all of the time especially when they are gone, but they just ignored me. Well, a single one of the section furnaces caught on fire, plus that is what caused the fire in the residence. I feel awful for them, although I don’t at the same time. I told them that they were going to catch their residence on fire if they continued to use all of those electric section heaters. They didn’t have an oil furnace in their residence, plus that is why they used section heaters. I honestly offered to help them buy an oil furnace, but they didn’t take me up on my offer. They insisted on using section furnaces to heat their residence. I really hope they managed to learn their lesson plus don’t try to use section furnaces to heat their next residence.
