I am a certified heating and air conditioning specialist. And at my job it is never known on the places of business we may have to service for HVAC repair. The other week I had a very interesting job. It was a soft pretzel factory in the city that needed their commercial heating and air conditioning system repaired. But this wasn’t any old commercial heating and air conditioning system. It was a rooftop HVAC system! I had never worked on a rooftop HVAC system before in all my years in this business. However I knew exactly what to do in terms of repairing it for the most part. The issue was that the motor in the rooftop HVAC system burnt out and needed to be replaced. We have special motors for rooftop HVAC systems. It is similar to your standard commercial heating and air conditioning system. But with the rooftop HVAC system the shape and fit of the motor is slightly different. Surprisingly I was able to do this heating and air conditioning system repair one hundred percent on my own. I did not require the help of any other heating and cooling specialist that worked at the HVAC company that I am from. This was also double surprising that I took this on myself because like I mentioned before, I had never installed or repaired a rooftop HVAC system in the past. It was easy as ever! Changing the motor as I needed to went smooth as silk. I was very happy about this. And I know that the pretzel factory was too.
