I definitely can’t wait for the fireplace to completely die on me

Once the fireplace dies, I will want to get a boiler and just have that heat the entire residence.

My fireplace never seems to want to quit. I actually hated that heating machine the moment I purchased it. The heating machine was just not powerful enough for our entire residence. It doesn’t use air duct to provide whole residence temperature control, and so the upstairs and the kitchen never get any heating from the thing. I had to get another oil furnace for the upper level and a ventless heating machine for the kitchen space. The fireplace basically needs to provide heating in the living room area and it doesn’t do a great job at it. It frequently makes alarming noises when running and takes a long while to power off. Turning it off and on has now become a serious pain in the butt. I have changed the batteries in the wireless remote and upgraded the starter. The fireplace still doesn’t like to shut off. It will keep on heating and heating too. If the residential temperature gets to be 77, the fireplace will still heat unless I tell it not to heat any longer. The off button doesn’t consistently work. So anytime I turn the gas fireplace on, I always run the risk of just having a heating machine on forever. I frequently go without heating so I don’t have to deal with it. Once the fireplace dies, I will want to get a boiler and just have that heat the entire residence. It actually connects to piping that can provide heating to the entire residence. I would only need just one heating machine this way. The upper floor oil furnace and ventless furnace can be donated. A boiler can even be used to heat the residential water if I wanted it to.
